About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MAXIMO MAS 8 Technical Trainer for a 6-8 week contract engagement. The trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training on MAXIMO Manage 8 to various user groups across the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring our government clients and their teams are fully equipped to utilize our facilities management solutions effectively.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on all specified MAXIMO MAS 8 modules
- Adapt training approach based on audience technical expertise
- Provide hands-on guidance during practical sessions
- Create and maintain training documentation as needed
- Track participant progress and provide feedback
- Troubleshoot basic system issues during training sessions
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in MAXIMO training delivery
Required Skills
- Expert knowledge of MAXIMO MAS 8 Manage
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to various skill levels
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Flexibility to adjust training pace based on group needs
Preferred Skills
- Experience in developing and customizing training materials
- Proven track record of successful technical training delivery
Pay range and compensation package
Duration: 6-8 weeks
Type: 1099 Contract
Compensation: $65-75 per hour
Location: Remote to start, with 4 weeks on-site requirement in February
Equipment: Contractor must provide their own computer
